Really good food! The drinks are so flavourful and smooth, loved my grilled chicken ramen! Though the restaurant was very busy when we visited, our server Matt was very polite and saw to us as quickly as possible! Bathrooms were very clean and individual rooms with all the essentials! Overall a lovely experience!

Fantastic staff, fantastic food and a wonderful atmosphere! The staff were incredibly helpful, made suggestions, were happy and really enjoy their job! I'm my view it makes my experience all the more enjoyable!

Tonight we were served by the lovely Thu, she was very kind when I was indecisive between choices and she gave great descriptions. Turns out I love kimchi! So happy it lived up to her passionate description

Wagamama's are generally well run establishments. The Gloucester Quay one is no exception. While not full, the restaurant was pretty busy, and the staff and food were both consistently good, friendly, and efficient. The Korean style ramen was spicy but with a deep flavour you could still enjoy. One small gripe, I would have expected more than 3 of the tteokbokki rice cakes. Otherwise, I would definitely order again.

It has been third time in the past 2 weeks I have been going to Wagamama. Every dish I have tried so far has been amazing. Fire cracker, raisukaree, yaki soba, ramen all have been delicious. Bao buns are my to die for favourites. Staff especially Katie has been super amazing. I really liked the ambience.

Nice location, clean and tidy restaurant. Friendly and helpful service. The food was served quickly and was a good temperature. All dishes were very tasty and good value. I wouldn't hesitate to call again. Recommended 10/10.

Out of the world experience, loved the food , enjoyed the drink and the atmosphere. I wish there were more stars that I can give specially for the top quality and service provided. Started off with the local drink asahi wow really really enjoyed the drink along with the food. The starter squid fry was so fresh and scrumptious. The mains spicy prawn cracker and the chicken ramen was out of the world the broth was so wonderful and prawn cracker gives you the heat punch. To top all of it the service is so wonderful thank all the staff for making the evening wonderful. Highly recommended !! Will visit again.

Great food, absolutely amazing selection of food, served in an authentic way (whatever cooks quickest is served first). Wonderful selection with so many options. Good choice of drinks, although I would like to see more Japanese beers, otherwise an amazing evening! Since the last visit, overall the service has declined, very unattentive servers. The food is still amazing and would still highly reccomend the wonderful selection. Nice to see an extra sake on the menu and draught Asahi as well.
